The service is amazing, with thoughtful gestures like a gift for our anniversary and personalized meal demonstrations. The location is very good, just one station away from Nagoya, super convenient with direct access to Legoland. However, the dining options are limited to Japanese cuisine, and the area lacks convenience with some noise from nearby railway tracks.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms had a magnificent view at night and were being upgraded with a very nice view of the city. The service was always very kind, although a bit reticent with Europeans. The location was very convenient, just one station from the main JR complex and with great transport links.
